High carb vegan lunch box

The obento or Japanese bentos have always seemed adorable to me. It’s not just about bringing a lunch, it’s about combining protein, carbohydrates and vegetables together in a single meal. In this case, we have stir-fry soy meat, white rice with black sesame seeds and a lot of broccoli.

Los obentos o bentos japoneses siempre me han parecido adorables. No sólo se trata de llevar un almuerzo, se trata de conjugar con armonía proteínas, carbohidratos y verduras en una sola comida. En este caso, tenemos un saltado de carne de soya, arroz blanco con ajonjolí negro y mucho brócoli.
